FamilyGenie must be managed by a responsible adult.

2.4 Subscription Tiers

MyGenie may offer:

Features vary by plan.

2.5 Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions:

  • Renew automatically unless cancelled
     
  • Can be cancelled via your app store account (Google Play / Apple)
     

Cancellation must occur before renewal to avoid further charges.

Refunds are subject to platform policies and applicable law.

All software, branding, AI systems and content are owned by MyGenie Ltd.

Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the previous 12 months.

Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
